Album View: One Track Minds' New Record "A Price to be Paid"

This year, rock fans continue to receive exciting stuff from emerging artist such as this intriguing Norwegian rockers called, One Track Minds. Having an interesting name as a band, they certainly do posses an intriguing taste of music as they combine several interesting elements such as surf, psychedelic, rock, pop and alternative into one all in their latest album titled “A Price to be Paid” which had its official release back in October 1st, 2016. On this record, the rockers recorded 10 tracks that can take music lovers into a fascinating musical adventure with somewhat uncommon vibe, at least not for this current generation.

Album View: Rahm's New EP "Between the Lines"

 

An interesting an intriguing rock progressive artist called Rahm is set to capture the heart of music lovers all over the globe as he is about to release his first EP titled “Between the Lines” outed on November 11, 2016. On that album, the rocker recorded five tracks which seemingly portraying his views on love, fatherhood and friendship, themes that are very close with his personal life. Spending his day job as software programmer, the artist showcasing his musical talent is something that deserve appreciation, especially with the work his done in his new outing. Basically, the stuff that the musician is keen on bringing is that classic prog rock vibe, such as Genesis, Pink Floyd or King Crimson.

Album View: Human Darts' New EP "Explicit Thoughts"

 

Gearing up for a new full album release in 2017, rock music project called Human Darts decided to unleash an EP titled “Explicit Thoughts”, which was outed back on October 25, 2016.This release consist of four tracks, such as: 'Tell My Sister', 'Zombie Man Chant', 'Hey Good Lookin', 'Stitches'. Just from those titles, one can somewhat figure out that there's that element of fun and non complicated musical message that the Darts are keen on expressing with their songs. The band being led by the mysterious musician Mr. Zelk, supposedly determined in bringing their stuff again back into a much bigger audience after first starting out the fun project back in late 70's.

Album View: Tumbler's New Album "Come to the Edge"

Another interesting album is set to entertain rock enthusiasts all over the globe, notably those keen on folk/alt rock rock genre as acclaimed British trio project called Tumbler have just released their latest full length record entitled “Come to the Edge”. Consisting of 12 songs in total, the trio is keen on showcasing their musical talent while taking listeners into an exciting musical journey, capturing then band's thoughts and ideas. Being crafted from a relatively simple house jamming process, this rockers found their ways in creating their kind of music which they hope can further attract attention of music lovers from across the world. This record started with a melodic, raw, semi-acoustic 'Black Sheep' that showcase nice alternative ambiance with that folk approach being combined into a lovely composition which is actually quite catchy.

Music View: The Naveblues' Cover of Led Zeppelin's 'Thank You'

Being such an influential and legendary band, Led Zeppelin continue to inspire many current musicians, including Norway's blue/indie rock artist called The Naveblues, who recently released a rendition of Zeppelin's classic tune 'Thank You' as the musician's new single. Accompanying that track, Naveblues also premiered a music video, which has been streamed via Youtube since October 19, 2016. Musically, the mysterious musician didn't make too many changes with that classic tune, though there's certainly some different feel and approach that being brought to make it different from Zeppelin's original. Apart from wrapping it in a more modern sound, Naveblues also made it bluesier and the Norway based artist also replaced Jimmy Page solo guitar with an equally exciting harmonica lead.
