Following the release of his previous song ‘Energy’ which Rock-Expert also reviewed back in 2022, Mike Milan Dedic recently returns with his latest track entitled ‘Hungarian Dance No. 5’. Mike’s latest track is set to entertain music fans, notably guitar heads, with another soothing and exciting neo-classical-inspired piece.
Mike Milan Dedic Released a Neoclassic Inspired Piece ‘Hungarian Dance No. 5’
The Canadian guitarist/singer continues his musical journey this year with another exciting song, ‘Hungarian Dance No.4’. Like his previous release, Mike still showcases his strong musical influences with the neo-classic vibe of Yngwie Malmsteen being the main vibe. Still, there are also the hard rock touches of Eddie Van Halen and Randy Rhoads that can be heard.
The song itself was officially released in February 2024, although it’s not a super new release, we believe that it’s worth checking out. Just like its title, ‘Hungarian Dance No. 5’ offers that classical atmosphere straight from the start with such soothing melodic runs. Mike also inserted some nice arpeggio runs to complement the instrumental track in such a fine fashion.
‘Hungarian Dance No. 5’ was originally recorded back in 1986 with a Foxtex 80 Open Reel 8 track while featuring Rick Smiths on drums. This condition somewhat explains why there’s still that vintage feel from the sound recording but fortunately, it didn’t affect the song’s enjoyment. Unlike ‘Energy’, the latest single didn’t have a special music video as Mike only put out a visualizer clip to accompany his listener.
Nevertheless, ‘Hungarian Dance No. 5’ is another exciting neo-classical guitar instrument track that is worth checking out, especially for those guitar heads who enjoy this genre. It’s just a fun and exciting instrumental piece that can also bring music lovers back into that neo-classical era back in the late 80s or early 90s.
