Malevich Release New Single ‘Into Bliss’
Watch: Smith/Kotzen Returned With New Single and Album
Ahead of the release of their new LP “Under a Gilded Sun”, which is set to hit every digital platform on August 22, the Metal band set things off with their second single “Into Bliss”. The new single is their second release from the upcoming album, after they previously released “Blossom in Full Force”.
The new song immediately started with a strong screamo vocal with a cool drumline, creating that dark and mellow atmosphere. The riff added more depth to the song, but it doesn’t take away any of that dark vibe that the band seems keen on exploring.
According to the band, ‘Into Bliss’ mainly talks about the importance of connection within a community, even though it can cause pain. Malevich stated that their strong emphasis on connecting with people can be heard and seen from the song’s lyrics, whose writing process was helped by Lex of Sunrotto.
Naturally, the screamo metal track is not something for every music lover out there, but fans of this genre should certainly check out ‘Into Bliss’. It’s certainly a nice warm-up before checking out the band’s new album under Church Road Records, “Under a Gilded Sun”, which will be released on August 22.
