Watch: Sammy Hagar interviews and jams with Nuno Bettencourt and Gary Cherone

Former Van Halen’s lead singer, Sammy Hagar with his rock tv project recently hold an interesting interview with two Extreme frontmen, Nuno Bettencourt and Gary Cherone. Aside from sharing interesting insights, they were also jamming to one of The Who’s hit songs ‘Won’t get fooled again’.

Hagar is doing the interview for AXS TV official Youtube channel, which pretty much shared the singer’s experience in meeting top musicians. In the video, the former Van Halen vocalist simply had some interesting chats with both Nuno and Gary regarding Extreme‘s future plan, including a potential new album release.

Unfortunately, despite claiming that they have been finishing the work on a new record, the Funk Metal act are yet to release its new material to this date. Extreme’s latest studio album was “Saudades de Rock” which marked their reunion back in 2008.

Nevertheless, in the discussion with Sammy, fans will continue to hope that the new record might eventually come out sometime soon. Aside from their music discussion, the trio eventually jams out The Who’s ‘ Won’t Get Fooled’ again which shows Nuno’s guitar versatility and prowess along with Gary and Samy’s fine rock vocals.
