Guitar virtuosos, Marcin and Mateus Asato excite the music world with a special short collaboration video on social media. The two maestros, who have recently been enchanting guitar heads posted a clip of them playing their rendition of Beethoven‘s ‘Für Elise’.
Marcin and Mateus Asato Jamming Beethoven’s Classic

The two modern guitar virtuosos surprised many music lovers on Thursday following their surprise collaboration on Instagram. Both Marcin and Asato posted their guitar jam of Beethoven’s ‘Fur Elise’, which is quite a rare piece to play for the latter.
As a classical-based musician, Marcin has plenty of experience performing the legendary piece as he even released a cover of ‘Fur Elise’ on YouTube around last year. Meanwhile, the Brazilian guitar hero is widely known for his versatility in playing different genres and his lovely melodic arrangements on many cover tracks.
Nevertheless, despite Asato not normally known for playing classical songs, he masterfully played the Beethoven classic with his feel and swagger. The maestros’ combination resulted in a fine piece of music which adds another taste with their rendition and characters. Overall, both guitarists certainly showcase their qualities.

The two guitarists certainly know each other’s qualities, notably following their strong presence on social media. However, they most likely got even closer after participating in the recent Steve Vai Academy 7.0, which was held from January 2 to 5 this year.

Marcin and Asato joined up with many fellow guitar virtuosos along with other great musicians, such as Polyphia duo Tim Henson and Scott LePage, Matteo Mancuso, Yvette Young, Daniele Gottardo, Mohini Dey, Jordan Rudess, Sarah Longfield, Jeremy Colson and many more.
Many music fans will be hoping that Marcin and Mateus’ recent collaboration is just the start of something more special to come from both of them. There’s hope that they can continue to put out more music together, either it’s another cover track or maybe even an original piece.
